Journalists and photographers interested in obtaining a pass card for Feria de Madrid exhibition centre must show their official press card or the card of the media for which they work at its press registration desks. In the case of collaborators, or those who do not avail of any of the above documents, they must produce an official letter from the head of the media requesting said accreditation. In both cases, the person must also show his/her personal I-D.
Accreditation can be requested personally at the Press Registration Desks, located in both the North and South entrances to Feria de Madrid. All journalists and photographers for conventional and electronic media, TV cameras, and journalists from agencies and company press offices can request a Feria de Madrid press pass.
Accreditation is personal and non-transferable. Accreditation will not be extended to media personnel from administration, commercial and advertising departments.
These guidelines are not applicable to Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, for which press accreditation must be requested directly from the IFEMA Communications Office.

The Feria de Madrid PRESS CLUB is conceived specifically to facilitate and enable the smoother working of the task of journalists accredited for the various trade shows held at IFEMA. It has all the necessary technical and technological equipment for the media to carry out their work in proper conditions and has several different areas for the purpose of greater functionality. The PRESS CLUB is attended at all times by specialised personnel and proportions daily information on the fairs taking place, as well as dossiers from participating companies, plus promotional and informative material, catalogues and maps.
The PRESS CLUB at Feria de Madrid is located in the Central Avenue running through the exhibition centre, between Halls 2 and 4.
