FACONAUTO to hold 2nd Official After-sales Observatory at MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID 2019

FACONAUTO, the industry trade group for vehicle dealers, will hold its 2nd Official After-sales Observatory on 15 March 2019, within the scheduled sessions at the 15th MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID. This event, Spain's Leading International Trade Fair for the Automotive Industry Targeting Trade Visitors from the Iberian Peninsula, Latin America and North Africa, organised by IFEMA, will take place from 13 to 16 March 2019 at Feria de Madrid.
The session will bring together leading experts and more than 200 industry professionals, ready to address the new challenges facing vehicle dealers and forecast what to expect over the medium term. The aim of the Observatory is to provide and publicise essential data for the after-sales industry in Spain, enabling dealers to make strategic decisions in a critical area of their business.
The event also aims to encourage new ways of approaching after-sales services. In this vein, it will cover topics including new ideas in mobility, the arrival of self-driving and electric vehicles, digitalisation and the changes introduced by some brands in the sales and distribution of their spare parts.
The Observatory will take place as a result of the close cooperation between FACONAUTO and IFEMA. The exhibition halls at Feria de Madrid offer an optimal environment for an event of this type, as will be seen next March with the return of MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID, the Spain’s Leading International Trade Fair for the Automotive Industry.
